Job Roles / Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and prepare analysis to be used to evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing products, programs and projects, including ongoing product-related performance, updates, changes and compliance requirements.
- Perform ongoing analytics, including but not limited to; financial analysis and modeling, product adoption and usage analytics, member analytics – to help improve the products. - Participate in user and market research activities by conducting surveys and focus groups and generating key member insights.
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of the annual product planning, forecasting and CPST process.
- Be able to speak and present to groups of client leadership.
- Maintain an understanding of economic, regulatory and competitive developments as they affect products/lines of business.
- Ensure that written procedures are documented for all products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science or related discipline, or equivalent work or educational experience required
- Minimum three years of data analytics (including SQL) in a financial institution required
- Strong background in FP&A is required
- Minimum one year of project and/or product management experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with management, staff and outside vendor partners.
- Excellent analytical, research and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly to changing work priorities.
- Ability to perform portfolio management and pricing with the assistance of Product Managers and Line of Business leadership.
- Ability to collect pertinent data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions as well as formulate ideas and recommendations required.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid data analytics and FP&A aptitude, with ability to assess data via SQL. Business operations and product analysis a plus. As client hopes to eventually hire for the position, this role would be responsible for creating documentation of newly developed processes/forecasting methodologies and transition knowledge to future staff.
