Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Skills: TIBCO BW, EMS
· Have good technical & troubleshooting knowledge with adequate hands-on in TIBCO BW & TIBCO ESB, Informatica DDH tech stack.
Strong debugging and problem solving skills with excellent understanding of business, methodologies, techniques and tools
Clear understanding and exposure to end of end ITSM process which includes Incident management, Service Request, Problem management, Change management and Release management.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless triaging and bring the issues for closure as approproate with proper time management to meet the agreed SLA's
Bring in industry standard best practices, guidelines from both technical & process perspective and refine if any
Work with product vendor for any product related issues and collaborate for any fixes/patches/software upgrade etc.,
Ability to technically help the team members/peers as required
Coordinate & takeup up the enhancements/minor developments for the RCA or new business requirement changes
Support/Validate any new service introductions and make sure necessary knowledge/KPI documents are received to meet the Operation Acceptance Criteria.
Flexible to extend, good communication and To-do attitude
Being a long term project which span across years expecting a long term commitment from the resource
