Job Roles / Responsibilities:

• Assign project roles to InfoSphere DataStage suite users in the InfoSphere DataStage Administrator client Use the Administrator client to create delete and configure projects Mark projects as protected Unprotect protected projects Issue server engine commands Use the Designer client to create and edit jobs and other objects Use the Director client to run and schedule jobs View the entire job log messages Import objects into protected projects Change the work load manager WLM settings for InfoSphere Data Click Ensures that the Datastage platform in relation with the appropriate network database management and server,operating system integration is performant and available In partnership with the Architecture function reviews current programming standards providing recommendations ensuring that the standards are being followed with specific emphasis on nonfunctional requirements such as performance logging recover ability etc
