Role : Sr. Application Support / Production support  ( .NET)

Location : Remote  / Philadelphia, PA

Rate : $45-48/HR on c2c 

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

Primary Skill – strong production support background.  Strong SQL, SSIS and .net

• Production support experience with exposure to incident management, ability to triage software issues with both internal teams & vendors, participate in incident management calls.
• Basic knowledge Windows server and IIS
• Good communication skills
• Ability to communicate details related to daily score cards and analyze Logs.
• Flexible to support Night and Weekend issues and deployments
• Ability to work independently & open to work in shift mode
• Perform minor bug fixes, deployment of enhancements and maintenance items
• Healthcare domain will be an added advantage
• Topdown or any other Client letter software experience will be added advantage
• Basic knowledge on Splunk and Tableau will be an added advantage
