Create documentation
1 Superior written verbal communication and visual presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
2 Proven working experience in writing software documentations manuals procedural materials for multiple audiences companies
3 Ability to quickly grasp and pen complex technical concepts into easily understandable texts and pictures
4 Deep researching and reading to find relevant and reliable information
5 Innovative thinking and Problem solving
6 Troubleshooting
7 Good interviewing skills with SMEs formulating questionnaires collating and reviewing collected information
8 Excellent relationship building with communication across multiple teams roles as well as users
9 Reviewing existing materials and good editing skills
10 Team player willing to adapt based on business needs and tight deadlines
Responsibilities
1 Creation of high quality technical documents user manual tutorials
2 Create and maintain the content
3. Evaluate upgrade and maintain documentation as per new product and feature releases
4 Work closely with different roles across multiple tracks of the platform to bind information and deliver content in consistent fashion across the functions
5 Collaborate with SMEs architects engineering and management teams to get an indepth understanding of our platforms product features the documentation as well as enduserrequirements
6 Collect data by interviewing SMEs developers and other technical personnel researching written material and attending demonstrations in order to become familiar with product technology and develop methods in order to translate data to easy to understand user friendly written documentation
