•  Good client handling and analytical capability to create tech specs from requirements. Should be able to lead the team at offshore/onsite model Has prior experience in Customer Analytics, Building Recommender Systems ( Factorization Machines), Developing and Executing AB Tests Has exposure to Amazon Machine Learning (SageMaker, Factorization Machines Algorithm) Responsibilities 
• Understand business process & values through constant communication with SMEs 
•  Interpret and analyze requirements 
• Conceive, plan and prioritize project scope, and milestones 
• Train, & Evaluate Analytics systems and predictive models 
• Support in Defining AB Test Cases 
• Experiment with new models and techniques"
