• Has great verbal and communication skills• Has the ability to manage the team without any escalation.• Coordinate with offshore team and work hands on development activity• Should be interacting with customer and get the solution for the offshore queries• Technical skills include Python, Unix, advanced analytics, expertise in database sql/ plsql, big data, java, reporting and dashboarding of metrics.• Good knowledge on Google Cloud dev projects.• Show agility in responding to changing demands. manage and lead teams while performing hands on work on the project
