Primary Skillset : Java, Hibernate, Maven, MySQL, REST Web Services
Secondary Skillset : Spring Core, Spring MVC, ANSI SQL, Java Server Pages, EJB, Oracle
Responsibilities:
· Involve in understanding and analyzing the business requirements.
· Provide technical solutions to the requirements.
· Interact with the Offshore and finalize its scope.
· Estimation, design and development of various modules.
· Involve in design and architecture of the application.
· Involve in the implementation phase for developing application using Java technologies.
· Bug fixing and maintenance of the product.
· Ensure complete KT to support teams before any production release.
· Coordinating with other teams working on the same project. Involve in unit testing.
· Ensuring smooth delivery of the project.
· During production issue, resolve the issue and execute the cycle within agreed timeline.
· Involve in Quality audit. Involve in Peer review and provide the feedback on time.
· Lead the team and provide necessary technical help required. Provide feedback to all associates on a regular basis and motivate them to move on their career.
· Derive metrics and make sure it meets the SLO.
· Responsible to deliver the module on time.
· Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project delivery, including daily connect calls. Conduct periodic data analysis, perform RCA for any targets missed and customer escalations.
· Report the findings to the Service Manager Implement all Corrective and Preventive actions.
