Role : Oracle EBS Project Manager
Location : Alpharetta - GA
Visa : NO H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
1. Project manager experience handling ERP Projects 2. EBS Suite project management experience like Upgrade/Implementations will be an advantage 3. Experience in SCM modules will be an advantage(nice to have and not mandatory) **Remote position, 6 months but will be extended**
• Should have minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-business SCM Modules• Managed team of 20+ associates in on-shore/ offshore model• Well aware of project methodologies, risk management, CRP, communication, status reporting• Should have worked on R12.2+ upgrade, minimum of 2 projects• Should have knowledge in understanding business functionality and engagement objectives• Should be able to provide regular updates to Management and Key stakeholders about the project status• Must be able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities• Facilitate the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues• Familiar with project governance best practices in the areas of issue, change and risk management• Experience planning and executing detailed activities related to business requirements development; Conference Room Pilot (CRP) testing cycles, system integration testing, end user training and detailed cut-over planning• Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with external IT and business partners.• SPOC (single point of contact) for project-related escalations and responsible for resolving issues and ensure smooth functioning of the project;• Managing the various stakeholders of the project, coordinating and managing the onsite & offshore team and managing the risks and mitigating them.• Controlling the project execution as per the schedule to ensure the project is executed well within the budget.• Liaising with the customer IT manager and working on contract extensions and obtaining necessary approvals as well as translating customer requirements into projects, size, and estimates;• PMP, CSM kind of certifications preferred
