Business Analyst/Salesforce Administrator is responsible for representing the Platform team with all programs providing a point of contact for Platform intake, planning, grooming and platform initiative delivery. This role has the ability to translate internal and external program needs and identify/confirm platform delivery and impacts. Business Analyst will take direction from the Product Manager as well as work with stakeholders in multiple programs to understand platform requirements and support and implement solutions that ensure Platform continues to perform, scale, and be secure.
Fundamental Components:
• Competent in the Salesforce platform and Salesforce delivery and administration.
• Responsible for Platform intake, story grooming and participation in program increment planning.
• Provide platform coordination on Platform Initiatives
