Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Required
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Stand-ups, Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
PSM1 or CSM certifications
Experience with Confluence is mandatorySupport the Product Owner in producing product roadmaps and delivery plans
• 3+ years experience working as a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach• Understanding of Agile coaching as a behavioral change approach• Understanding of systems engineering concepts• Experience in business analysis / project management• Excellent oral & written communication skills, people-interaction and stakeholder management skills• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and comfortable working with a certain level of ambiguity• Ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work• Strong data analysis and SQL skills• Ability to multi-task with good organizational and time management capabilities• Bachelors in Computer Science or a related Field
