Role : Scrum Master ( 10+ Banking EXP MUST HAVE )

Location : Boston, MA

Rate : $50-52/HR on c2c MAX

Visa :  NO OPT / CPT / H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

 Very Strong Communication Skills is required.

• Look for Senior profile with Minimum 10 or 10+ years.
• 10 years of IT experience with minimum of 4 years as a Scrum Master running large scale Agile teams more than one
• Complete Knowledge on SDLC
• Interface with Product owner or Technical team, BA, Vertical Head & LOB(line of Business)
• LOB /Vertical Head
• Agile Implementations & Must Strong on Agile
• Knowing the Transaction from Waterfall to Agile
• Certified scrum professional either from scrum alliance or equivalent is must
• Banking and Financial Services experience is must
• Excellent communication skills
• Project Management experience is preferred.
• Ability to shield his team from outside distractions and interferences.
• Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
• Planning, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
• JIRA/Confluence experience
