* 6 to 9 years of experience in QA and project management. * Understanding of hardware, firmware and software. • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. • Understanding of tools and mechanisms for Software / Firmware delivery. • Self-directed. • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time, keep information organized and confidential. The main function of a Software / Firmware project coordinator is to support the manager and project teams on the delivery of a project. The coordinator ensures that no resources are being allocated to unnecessary tasks and that all aspects of the project are completed to schedule. In this role the coordinator will work to establish processes and host meetings to ensure cross-functional teams are on-track for delivery, manage dependencies, and escalate issues. • Manages daily stand-ups identifying impediments and risks. • Manages cross-functional meeting to track deliveries and dependencies. • Tracks progress of team deliveries and ensures they meet the overall program timelines. • Work with management and team to continually improve process. • Develops detailed work plans, project estimates, status |
