Job Roles / Responsibilities:
12+ Years of SAP SD OTC Experience
Design, customize, configure and testing of SD and integrated modules
Create Conversion functional designs and Mapping documents along with user stories and work across Conversion team, S/4 technical team on delivery. Define Business rules associated with Conversions, S/4 Instance
Experience in implementation, Rollout and enhancements projects
Order management, warehouse processing, invoicing
Consulting and Client relationship skills, Excellent communication
Conduct Requirements Gathering, prepare Functional Specifications, collaborate with offshore team for development, prepare training document
Responsible for in-depth analysis of business demand changes, demand sorting, formulation of solutions, preparation of business blueprints and implementation in SAP system
Cross-functional SAP integration points
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
Strong understanding of customer master data, pricing and quoting
Sales BOM’s and pricing options
Potential sales VC
Make to order/sales order stock scenarios
New plant configuration and setup from a sales perspective
