Here is a brief JD:
A well experienced IBM Planning Analytics (PA) / TM1 resources having at least 6+ years of IBM PA / TM1 project experience out of minimum 12+ years of IT experience.
He should have been a Project onsite lead and should have independently implemented IBM Planning Analytics (PA) / TM1 - development / Support / Enhancement projects.
He should have worked on latest Planning Analytics version of TM1 for sure.
Having Manufacturing & Logistics Domain finance experiences and Work experience in Agile projects, will be an added advantage.
The customer would look at having a resource who is dedicated, committed to his work and has good business interaction skill and experience.
He should shows flexibility and readiness to learn new technologies of AI (say Python / R) along with usual support of existing development and support activities.
He also should be ready to lead the onsite roles single handedly and deliver on the IBM PA project.
Should be ready to work in an onsite-offshore delivery model interacting and sharing with the offshore development / testing and other data integration teams.
Knowledge of database like Redshift in Amazon work space (AWS) and working knowledge of AWS and IBM PA cloud experiences are desired.
The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of building and changing TI processes, Business Rules, PAX, Active Forms, TM1Web and PAW in IBM PA / TM1 along with batch Scripting knowledge.
Should be ready to support a complete PAX development environment. And coordinate with IBM on fixes and new releases.
Should be a quick learner and start owning the development lead role at onsite within a couple of weeks.
Innovative and critical thinking is always a welcome and would be appreciated.
Should follow good practices and ready to handle challenging questions by customer and justify the IBM PA / TM1 Packages for deployment.The common question that gets asked in business is, 'why?' That's a good question, but an equally valid question is, 'why not?'
