• Should be well aware of Software Development life cycle and support lifecycle.
• Coordinate with customer for projects and status
• Take the ownership of the product development
• Understand the customer product domain and look for business opportunities
• Track the support tickets and respond on time
• Should be able to do machine configurations required for products
• Proactive and Good communication skills
• Life Sciences Domain knowledge would be a plus point
• Experience with tools like JIRA, HPALM, Confluence
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
