Job Roles / Responsibilities:
NOTE : NEED ONLY 10+ Profiles with active sfdc certifications before 2019
Responsibilities:
· Configure and customize an evolving global Sales and Service Cloud environment.
· Adhere to Agile and Scrum practices and methodologies using JIRA and other management tools.
· Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand-ups, and Backlog Refinement).
· Contribute to the definition of technical solutions and to their effort estimates. Provide input to screens, interfaces and UI designs.
· Validate and confirm understanding of the scope of user stories during Backlog Refinement meetings.
· Communicate online and collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver functionality within the time constraints of each Sprint.
· Investigate reported defects and quickly provide root cause fixes or workarounds.
· Adhere to Assurant’s Salesforce development and Release Management practices.
· Liaise with Technical Architects and other technical SMEs to evolve Salesforce development best practices.
· Leverage and grow your Salesforce interests and skills.
Basic Qualifications:
· Apex \ Lightning Salesforce.com Development experience.
· 3+ years coding in other languages (.NET, C#, JAVA, SQL).
· Knowledge of Salesforce security architectures.
· Agile development methodologies and practices.
· Certified Salesforce.com Developer or equivalent certification.
· Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent.
· Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
Other Experience:
· Skilled in working on Force.com Platform, Lightning, Lightning Web, Apex Coding, Visual Force Pages, Triggers, Components, JavaScript Remoting, Workflow, Email Services, Sites, Tabs, Custom Objects, Object Relationships, Security Model, Custom Settings, S-Controls, Reports and Dashboards, Validation Rules, Workflows & Workflow rules, Approval Process, Email alerts and Field Sets.
· Integration experience on Salesforce.com using SOAP and REST APIs.
· Proficient in working with Apex Scheduling and Batch Processes
· Experience working with Force.com IDE for development and deployment.
· Experience in Apex Class Controllers & Triggers with Governor Limits.
· Experience in using SOQL & SOSL queries.
· Experience with Salesforce.com data migration tool Data Loader and Demand Tools.
