Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Must Have Skills JIRA, Q Test, Jira-Align, Clarity for Test Mangament.
1. QA / Functional Test Lead who can manage testing in the large programs.2. Will have to have very close supervision on multiple testing teams and their delivery and delivery timelines3. Will need to be associated with the review process of key testing deliverables like Test strategy, test scenarios, test plan, defect reports, test execution reports etc.4. Will need to supervise daily test progress from multiple teams and review and determine optimized test velocity5. Will have to conduct daily test reporting and executive level program reporting on test progress6. Will have to be closely associated with defect triaging process and will have to conduct defect meetings with multiple teams7. Will have to be the sole owner of testing risks and mitigation process8. Will have to create test reports, metrics and retrospection documents9. Will have to contribute on test coverage, automation coverage and risk based testing if required10. Will have to conduct testing meetings and will be the testing representative in program meetings and executive meetings11. Will have to have good knowledge on service testing process, tools and techniques12. Will need to use JIRA, QTest, JIRA-Align and Clarity for test management |
