Role : Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Location : Atlanta - GA ( Remote )

RATE : $55-60/hr ON C2C

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

1. Hands-on development, maintenance, and support experience implementing/supporting Oracle HCM cloud inbound and outbound integrations using HCM extracts and BI Publisher and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
2. Ability to develop ad hoc reports to cater business needs using BI Publisher and OTBI.
3. Hands on experience in developing Fast Formulas across HCM modules.

Required Skills
1. 6+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions as technical developer or lead.
2. Maintenance and support experience in Oracle HCM cloud integrations and reporting with ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze and take appropriate action to remediate issues.
3. Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company in supporting Design and Testing of Integrations from/to HCM Cloud from/to Third Party Vendors.

Preferred Skills
1. Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM technology to meet day to day business needs as well as scaling for volume and growth.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
