Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Required skills : Billing, Claims, Payer, Benefits/Pricing Configuration.
"• Associate should have very good knowledge and hands-on in Facets application.
• Associate must have strong understanding of Facets data model and Facets Online/tech applications.
• Knowledgeable in Facets Membership and Claims module preferred.
• Knowledge in healthcare industry, HIPAA transactions 834, 837, 824 and 27X.
• Associate should be able to write basic queries in SQL and Oracle for any assessment, analysis and R&D.
• Associate should have experience in solution design, technical design and other SDLC techniques for successful delivery.
• Associate should be able to work independently and provide the updates on daily basis.
• Should participate in client meetings for requirements gathering and articulate to other cognizant team members in onshore and offshore.
• Associate must represent cognizant in client meetings and provide updates.
• Associate should guide the junior team members and pitch in whenever situation demands.
• Should be able to support on release weekends.
• Should have strong presentation skills to present our solutions to the client.
• Should be good in communication both oral and written as the resource will be directly interacting with business and IT team.
• Associate should support both enhancements and maintenance work. "
