Role : ServiceNow ITBM Architect ( Business Management )

Location : New Haven, CT remote till Covid

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• Expert in ITBM, Angular JS, JSON, Jelly, JavaScript & Integration with 3rd party tools.
• SME on the overall ServiceNow development platform
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business and functional resources to develop sustainable business solutions.
• Ability to document technical specifications and define architecture for new business requirements & fresh rollouts.
• Ability to estimate the work for given scope
• Ability to create dashboards, widgets, business adaptors.
• Manage ServiceNow Release and Deployments.
• Patching and upgrade planning and application.
• Perform code reviews and coordinate UAT.
• Testing experience during all system and end user testing, including issue analysis and resolution.
• Mentor the team on standards and best practices
• Documentation
