Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Skills: Core Java, Protractor, Python, Selenium
• Work with business to gather /Document requirements
• Overall accountable for the quality component of the project, is empowered to address concerns to the PM and/or tech lead as well as recommend changes that may be necessary to deliver a quality product
• Applies and communicates a testing strategy that brings together the best fits in practices, platforms and tools (Selenium, etc.) agreed upon by tech and project lead
• Responsible for setting up DEVOPS (or comparable system) for testing and defect management and providing reporting to project team
• Works in close collaboration with Translators, Business Analyst (Product Owners/SMEs) and Integrators to assist in the automation of test preparation and execution activities to ensure constant continuous improvement to productivity and efficiency
• Conducts quality-control tests and analyzes to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
• Develops detailed test suites, test plans, test cases for modified systems based on technical and business specifications in accordance with company standards
• Executes tests and analyzes each component/phase of the systems development life cycle including the project requirements, design and programs
• Retests bugs/defects to ensure problems are resolved
• Documents and communicates testing results
• Active participate in scrum meeting to outline key activities and any impediments
• Lead UAT which includes but is not limited to: kick off meeting, assist business prepare test scripts, record defects during testing, establish analytical reporting, provide testing evidence, room set-up and obtain final sign off from business
