Job Roles / Responsibilities:

Level II has a minimum 3-5 product development/management experience within cable/telecommunications .
Level III has a minimum of 5-7 Years product development/management experience within cable/telecommunications..
Responsible for Spectrum Mobile service product requirements and feature development. Will serve as a product manager lead and manage a cross-functional development process including ideation, design, development and implementation of Spectrum Mobile Services with a clear focus on improving the Customer Experience. Will work across the organization to lead definition, development, solution implementation, and product lifecycle for Spectrum Mobile Services. Specific responsibility for Spectrum Mobile MVNO management, including data, voice, messaging and international services. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading product development, a deep knowledge of wireless, cellular (3G, 4G, 5G), broadband, Wi-Fi, and in-home connectivity products, and a vision for how Charter can leverage its strengths in wireless cellular and Wi-Fi capabilities to provide additional value to each customer’s Mobile experiences.
