Resources should focus on production support cum enhancements and require an adequate knowledge on Teradata BTEQ, Unix, Informatica, SQL and Workflow scheduler tool. • Need to do analysis on the tickets and provide the root cause for the 4.Required Skills Technical Skills- ,Informatica PowerCenter,SQL Scripting,Unix Shell Scripting Domain Skills- 5.Nice to have skills Techincal Skills- ,Oracle Domain Skills- 6.Technology Informatica 7.Shift Day 8.Roles & Responsibilities Prod Support Manager 3.Experience 12to16yrs 4.Required Skills Technical Skills- ,Unix,Teradata Aster,Oracle,Informatica BDM Domain Skills- ,PBM 5.Nice to have skills Technical Skills- Domain Skills- 6.Technology Informatica 7.Shift Day 8.Roles & Responsibilities Resource should focus on production support cum enhancements and require an adequate knowledge on Teradata BTEQ, Unix, Informatica, SQL and Workflow scheduler tools. • Need to do analysis on the tickets and provide the root cause for the failures • Need to work in shifts and rotational night shifts/weekends • Coordination with various teams to help resolve and fix production Issues • SLA Adherence for various Incident Categories and tracking the same in ITSM tools. • Provide Maintenance/Break fix support for Performance enhancement/Code fix in case of any bugs • Both Batch and Real time transactions to be supported- reassign to appropriate teams for Incident analysis and resolution • Initiate and drive calls for business failures/system down and bring it to closure quickly • Generation of Business/Status Reports on a daily basis to provide data to the concerned teams
