Role : Pega Tester

Location : San francisco, California and  VA

JD : 

• Pega Tester- Work with Systems Analyst in Sprint ceremonies, review Acceptance criteria, translate into test scenarios
• Establish test strategy, define test processes,  perform high level estimates and prepare plans & schedules for various testing engagements on Pega
• Provide inputs to Lead for Preparing Test Strategy, Test Plan and Estimations and present in meetings
• Design and execute functional test scenarios and technical test cases
• Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance
• Design integration test case to validate the services from Pega and Facets
• Prepare test data checklist, work with Facets team on test data requirements
• Co-ordinate with onshore team to get the testing deliverables done
• Collaborate with BA and Dev teams to get requirements and design clarification
• Leverage Pega tools like Clipboard, tracer and design Pega unit test cases
• Attend daily Scrum calls, scrum ceremonies, talk about impediments, provide updates on quality, generate metrics
• Adheres to software quality criteria, escalate Risks and Issues
• Support automation initiatives by identifying critical regression scenarios
