Role : Business Analyst / Data Analyst
Location : Hartford, Connecticut
NOTE : NEED LOCAL ONLY
Visa : NO H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
- Need an experienced System Analyst who can understand the Insurance data and business problems in relation to Business Intelligence and recommend data and analytical solutions
The associate should possess the below skills as minimum
- 1.Possess good leadership skills with good communication and client coordination skills
- 2. Help build data strategy and provide related suggestions
- 3.Good in performing Data analysis SQLPLSQL data profiling skills
- 4.Solid behavioral skills
- 5.Having BI tools experience like Cognos QlikView would be a plus
- 6.Associate should have proven track record of understanding the business problem and deriving recommendations of solution perform POC as required using the technology available in the customer infrastructure and guide them in the delivery
7.Associate should have excellent communication and customer interaction skills
