Role : Peoplesoft HCM Senior Tester

Location : New York - NY

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

HCM Application Functional Tester 3. Shift :9 AM t0 5 PM IST 4. Roles & Responsibilities : Requirement Gathering , Discussion with SME, Test Strategy,Test Plan ,Test Design, Execution and Reporting 5. Demand requires Travel? :Yes to client office 6. Certification(s) Required :Good To Have 8 plus years of experience in Peoplesoft HCM and ERP application . Good Communication skills and stakeholder management . Should be able to Plan, Strategize , Design and execute Independent workers who can bring in thought processes to QA delivery Should create value to the customer in Functional and automation. Work with program team queries on short notice and also work closely with Cognizant offshore team
