Visa : OPT / H 4 EAD / GC / USC ONLY
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
· Experience supporting and implementing Kronos Workforce Central Suite versions 7.0 through 8.X.
· Any experience with Workforce Dimensions will also be considered.
· Experience configuring and supporting Kronos Workforce Timekeeper (and/or ADP) version 7.0 and above for at least 5+ years.
· Experience supporting and implementing Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules.
· Ability to support interfaces using Kronos WIM
· Ability to support & configure WDM servers, Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals).
· Knowledge of one or more of the following while not essential will be considered a plus:
- Advanced Scheduler
- Mobile
- and other Workforce Central modules.
· Should have at least 3 - 5 years’ experience in working with Kronos application suite.
· This role requires complete domain expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products and hence the requirement for ability to provide support to a client
· Excellent client interaction and communication skills are needed.
· Should be able to communicate to the end users effectively providing expertise supporting the Kronos application.
· Work in a complex technology environment requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems.
