Role : Java/J2EE Developer
Location : Boston, MA
Visa : NO OPT / CPT OR H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
•Familiarity with AngularJS /Vue JS.
• The primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance.
• Analysis, Design, Development, Production Support and Deployment of Web based applications using Object Oriented Concepts, Java and J2EE, Web Services (SOAP, RESTful, WSDL), JavaScript, AngularJS, Jenkins, AJAX, HTML and XML, JMS.
• Expert level knowledge in Spring Framework
• Good understanding of new features of Java 9 like modularity, JVM compiler Interface, AOT compilation
• Experience on Amazon AWS and PostGres SQL
• Develop modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app.
• Work as a team with the back-end developer, and communicate with the APIs using standard methods.
• A thorough understanding of all of the components of the platform and infrastructure is required.
• Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required
• Delivering a complete front end application
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services
• Good communication skills and good team player
• Good exposure to Agile delivery model
