Location : Carlsbad, CA (remote until Covid) 

Visa :  NO OPT / CPT / H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related discipline or 4+ years of experience in software development and 2+ years of project management experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing TrakSYS or other MES
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Experience working in regulated environment ISO9001 / GMP

 

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with development or configuring Information Systems or MES
• 2+ years of program management and/or project management
• Software development using C#, .NET framework, Angular
• Database development using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or related database
• Software development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, and UML
• Migrating large application(s) into a new platform
• Experience in managing IT projects with cross-functional teams
• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies
• Experience with advance Excel features such as VBA and/or macros
• Evaluating user requirements, creating test scripts and performing user acceptance testing
• Experience reporting to business stakeholders multiple levels of the organization from end-user to executive level

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Project management using Microsoft Project or related system
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities with capability to leverage diverse resources, respond quickly, understand impact of changes and decisions, facilitate agreement, build collaborative relationships and understand end-user requirements
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, technical and non-technical
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and capacity to make decision on potentially incomplete information
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to influence others without authority
• Proactive approach that anticipates needs and problems while creating solutions
• Familiarity with business process knowledge in supply chain, planning, and manufacturing
• Familiarity with ERP systems, product and master data structure
• Ability to work on a team of multiple developers and business analysts
• Strong software development skills
