Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

Experience : 

12+ years (M+ Level);– 4-5  years of ServiceNow relevant experience 

Job Description : 

· Develop scalable solutions and reviewed business processes. 

· Provide technical advisory services for multiple options and risks. 

· Participate in process designing sessions and documented process flows. 

· Evaluate and document business processes and functional requirements. 

· Implement information flow analysis for various business streams. 

· Analyze and studies request processes and future automated processes. 

· Designed and formulated application requirements and test conditions. 

· Executed sprint planning and business estimation services with developers. 

· Provided technical advisory services for multiple options and risks. 

· Participated in process designing sessions and documented process flows. 

· Executed sprint planning and business estimation services with developers. 

· Collaborates with project management on reporting project status, issues, risks and benefits. 

· Meets with project leaders and IT Leaders to ensure progress towards architectural alignment with project goals and requirements. 

· Develops, motivates, and directs staff to create a team environment. 

· Coaches and mentors team members. 

· Recommends training programs targeting specific areas of improvement. 

· Aligns architectural strategy with business requirements. 

· Assists in the analysis, design, and development of a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.

· Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed 

· Manage the flow of day-to-day operations and providing periodic report to management 

· Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology. 

· Experience leading technology training sessions, preferably with ITSM/ITIL

· Service-now.com Developer Certification desired 

Technical Expertise: 

Strong capability to perform: 

· Business analysis, Gap analysis on ITSM Tools (ServiceNow is a must) 

· Strong knowledge on ITIL process methodologies 

· Well-versed in SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall 

· Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, Glide Objects 

· Amazing ability to perform: Requirements gathering, Process mapping via ITIL, Business process reengineering 

· Strong Understanding of ITSM Processes 

· Expertise in developing: Solutions & Proposals 

· Strong communication skills & able manage communication with customer & offshore teams
