Role : Scrum Master / Product Owner( Scrum Master with Product Owner )

Location : Dover, NH

Rate : $40-45/HR MAX ( Non - Negotiable )

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

• Scrum Master with Product Owner Capabilities
• Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed
• Participate in iteration/sprint planning meetings, Sprint review meetings and capture feedback and Sprint retrospection to note the areas of improvements and action items
• Works as administrator of the Scrum / Kanban board
• Report bi-weekly status with client project manager
• Ensure that the team is adhering to the project scope and timelines
• Ensures team adheres to sprint plan, identify risks and cost of the project, delivers the methodology and plan
• Contributes to vision and program backlog
• Owns team backlog and implementation
• Defines iterations and stories. Accepts iteration increments.
• Drives iteration goal and iteration content by prioritization
• Establishes story acceptance criteria, accepts stories into the baseline
• Participate in team demo and sprint retrospection
• Primary liaison between stakeholder and teams
• Preparation and Participation in PI planning
