• Continuous improvement in agile leadership
• Mastery of agile principles
• Coach team members
• Become a leader of peers
• Mentor lower level scrum masters – Mentors other scrum masters and the people on teams who wear the scrum master hat
• Advocate agile across the organization
• Contribute to agile growth of the organization
• May participate in the hiring process of scrum masters
• Begin tackling organizational impediments
• Comfortable opposing anti-patterns
• Strong collaboration with leadership groups (CTPOs, Directors, Sr. Mangers, Architects)
• Capable of coaching up
• Have a director + mentor
• Participate in cross-departmental efforts
• JIRA expert
• Confluence expert
• Able to teach Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, XP
• Can start and facilitate Scrum of Scrums
• Leads initiatives within the community of practice
• Communication skills
