Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Must have skill set : Spring MVC, Spring Boot , Angular, React and SQL
Associate will be managing a team in safe agile methodology and deliver the project as per delivery plan. Meeting with business users/IT manager to resolve any queries with project delivery /obtain clarification & providing updates. Associate need to play as business system analyst role based on need. Need to coordinate with various team for project delivery and update project delivery status.
• Hands on experience with agile delivery (Conducting refinement session, sprint planning, Standup meeting Retro meeting etc...)
• Good communication skills.
• Managed large size .net project delivery.
• Must have c#.net, data base (prefer Mongo/SQL) knowledge.
• Communication with Business users related to resolving queries, obtain clarifications and providing updates
• Provide inputs for development of learning plan for the team.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide project updates
• Participate in project and organization initiatives led by the Delivery leadership
• Collate data and provide inputs for reporting requirements. Health care exp will be helpful.
