Role : Senior FileNet Developer

Location : Whitehouse Station-NJ

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

FileNet developer for Maintenance project Application Support Analyst responsible for activities • Perform health checks to ensure BAU • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and tracking to closure through Problem Management process • Perform code fixes, unit testing and follow-up with onsite to obtain business sign-off • Handle Catalog requests • Handle all Incident tickets • Extend support and contribute towards Continuous service improvement initiatives • Extend support and contribute towards Application hardening / Application strengthening (L3 and L4) 3. Shift : General 4. Roles & Responsibilities : need to support the FileNet Infrastructure and do the minor changes and enhancements
