Role : TIBCO BW Developer/Production support
Location : San Francisco, CA ( currently remote but need to report to client office post COVID
Visa : NO H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
6-8 yrs. of TIBCO BW Integration support & enhancement experience using TIBCO BW, EMS, Adapters.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in designing, developing and supporting integrations using TIBCO BW 5.x
• Must have experience in understanding SQL queries, SQL procedures.
• Good to have MDM support & enhancement experience for MDM 9.1.2 version (On Premise version) and support activities.
• Must have experience working in production support environment.
• Must have ITIL based experience and be able to handle incidents, Problem requests and IT requests and provide support and work for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Good to have Experience customizing workflows & rulebases in MDM, performing data load activities
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore delivery team and provide relevant updates
• Work on production support related issues and provide root cause analysis and perform defect fixes & enhancements.
• Work with offshore for production support activities & enhancements
