· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, active listening, and client interaction skills

· Has a strong analytical, strategic, and solutions-oriented approach and experience

· Exposure to international clients across various geographical locations

· Involved and experienced in handling complex multi teams’ projects with onsite/offshore model
