Location : Chicago, IL
Rate : $50-55/HR MAX
Visa : NO H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
• Understand business expectations and identify the best solution to complex problems that fits into the overall strategic direction and architecture
• Identify, analyze, design and develop integration flows to various applications and vendor SaaS applications in a secure and efficient manner
• Leverage industry best practices and design patterns to modernize, enhance and integrate systems and applications
• Integrate data analytics, product metrics, client/user experience research, competitive and market analysis to drive change and growth
• Work effectively with other tech, design, architecture, business stakeholders, vendors and consulting teams to drive projects
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a technology-related degree
- 10+ years of enterprise level front-end application development experience
- Participate in business requirement discussions, able to understand & analyze requirements and propose design solution
- Participate in process designing sessions and documented process flow
- Provide technical advisory services for multiple options and risks
- Evaluated and documented business processes and functional requirements
- Excellent communication skills and able to lead and work collaboratively across organizations to deliver innovative solutions
- Expert on industry-standard, structured business analysis techniques (i.e., user stories, use cases, UML/logical modeling, etc.) appropriately modifying according to the decided software development methodology (i.e., Agile, Iterative, SCRUM, RUP, Waterfall, etc.) in use.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Information flow analysis for various business streams
- Construct and maintain documentation, workflow charts, and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Develop technical guides, communications and IT Job Aids / presentations
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, and where appropriate, leading to resolution
- Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change based on client needs
- Executed PI planning, sprint planning and business estimation services with developers
- Design and formulate application requirements, acceptance criteria and test conditions
- Strong Understanding of Change & Release management
- Experience working with various tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio, MS Office, etc.
- Knowledge writing basic SQL queries and experience working with databases – extracting, analyzing data
- Experience with Salesforce CRM integrations and Salesforce standard objects
- Fast learner, nimble, flexible and able to adapt quickly
- Financial services background is a plus
