Technical Skills- Core Java JDBC ANSI SQL Domain Skills-

Roles & Responsibilities Java/J2EE 8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE web application environment. Should have proven Production Support experience in Java/J2EE web application environment. Should have thorough understanding of Incident Management Problem Management & Change Management processes Should have excellent communication skills . Good Oral and Written Communication skills is a must. Should have worked in a production support team involving Application Monitoring Incident Management Problem Management sub-streams.Identifying and resolving technical issues.

Roles & Responsibilities: Should be able to work with Cross functional teams .To perform Root cause analysis for the Problem Tickets. Managing Service Now queue for the team and ensuring compliance to Response & Resolution Service Level Agreements. Should be able to engage the right team and to drive the Major Incident Bridge calls to resolution . Maintaining and updating technical documents and standard operatng procedures in the knowledge repository.
