Skills/Experience Requirements
• Previous role as a developer, tester or content author
• Experience managing projects / scrum master – agile development projects preferred
• Previous experience working with web applications
• Worked in an agile/scrum environment
• Strong IT analysis and communication skills
• Ability to self-manage time and priorities
Primary Responsibilities/Duties
- Profiles with SAFe Agilist, SAFe Product Owner certifications.
• Manage product backlog and groom stories in preparation of upcoming sprints
• Act as the conduit between development and business teams to answer questions and keep the
team unblocked
• Intake of new projects which are prioritized by CX
• High level “t-shirt sizing”/estimation of new work
• Forecasting and scheduling of work based on priority
• Proactively reach out to teams to ensure stories are groomed and meet the definition of ready
in order to meet project deadlines
• Work with minimal oversight; SLAs are met, projects are delivered on time, delays are
proactively communicated to avoid escalation
• Move a project forward with less than perfect information
• Responsible to represent the development team when providing status updates
• Responsible to identify re-use opportunities, suggest MVP solutions, streamline overall process
