· Able to develop code as per the requirement specifications raise technology specific issues and clarifications to the appropriate stakeholders
· understand requirements and create a low level design
· understand the basics of the standard business processes within the relevant industry vertical
· Able to Handle Incidents Service requests Operational change requests and enhancements within the agreed targets by adhering to the process defined
· Understand how the Service Metrics are captured by using operational tools and importance of usage of knowledge repositories in day today activities
· understand AVM Metrics reporting and usage of tools to input and track data to generate Service based Operational metrics
· Understand the following Key Service Metrics in AVM Role of AVM Dart to capture Service Operational Metrics
Understand the basic concepts of Knowledge Management and use the Known Error Database KEDB in issue resolution and problem investigation Need to be familiar
