Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Support and manage Business-LOB focused reporting and dashboards on the portal. Drive the set up and production of dashboards measuring KPIs using advanced Tableau capabilities.• Drive innovation with stakeholders during agile development sessions to create and improve dashboards leveraging newly on-boarded data sources• Query data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets that enable better decision-making• Analyze data using tools such as Tableau, SQL and automate reports or analysis that lead to actionable business insights.• Work with other teams and multi-task on projects to summarize and synthesize data and present recommendations to the businesses in a clear and logical manner• Identify unexplored data opportunities for the business to unlock and maximize the potential of workforce data within the organization• Develop the BI reports and dashboards, Perform unit testing and support System Testing, UAT.• Prepare and maintenance of SOP documents• Analyze SPARC support Tickets, Monitor Reporting schedules/ delivery, job failures and provide resolution.• Support ongoing technology evaluation process and proof of concept projects
- Good knowledge in Lifescience Commercial, Managed Markets domain with experience, budgeting, forecasting and Latest Estimates with exposure to GxP.
- 10+ years of relevant Tableau , Datawarehousing project implementation experience.
- Hands on professional with thorough knowledge of scripting data source integration and advanced GUI development in Tableau.
- Full understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing and data transformation.
- Ability to understand and analyze the data to find patterns and valuable Business Insights.
- Ability to write complicated, efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Strong Semantic design (Like Universe, Tableau Data Source, QVD) and data modeling skills Should be good at tuning Dashboards and Reports Design, Develop and maintain simple to Complex visualizations.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence BI reports amp dashboards, background in software web application, development with tools such as Javas-script HTML, etc.
- Comfortable in manipulating and analyzing complex high volume, high dimensionality data from varying sources.
- Knowledge of formal database architecture and design
- Excellent SQL experience preferably Teradata, AWS RDS, Redshift
- Ability to challenge status-quo through identification of key business requirements and addressing through innovative data visualization solutions.
- Ability to effectively interact with external stakeholders and articulate the problems and provide the resolution to the issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, accustomed to work in a team environment with tight schedules and capable of working efficiently under pressure
