Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

 

Job Description:

·                Experience with the PPM module, including generating dashboards and reports for senior leadership making portfolio decisions

·                Experience with Agile and Scrum concepts

Knowledge of service delivery, ITBM, and PPM processes and how these work within ServiceNow
