Role : Senior Data Analyst

Location : Des Moines, IO (Initially Remote but after pandemic it’s onsite)

Rate : $42-5/HR MAX ( Non Negotiable )

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

1. Perform data quality verification checks to ensure accuracy of reports and data.
2. Implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
3. Develop custom reports to support client data analysis
4. Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems utilizing data. Direct and guide team of analysts which research issues and conduct root cause analysis for HEDIS measure improvement
5. Implement processes and solutions based on data driven decision making
6. Use SQL knowledge to write queries, stored procedures as needed to perform HEDIS measure analysis & reporting

Qualifications

 

1. Strong technical knowledge in SQL,SSIS,SSRS.Extensive experience with writing adhoc advanced queries in SQL
2. Experience in Healthcare domain across Payer,Provider,Pharmacy. Good understanding and working experience  in  of Member Enrollment, Claims Processing, HEDIS and Stars Measures.
3. Experience in data mining, SQL complex queries and business intelligence strategies to determine optimal data sources for reporting of member and provider data
   Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with Excel skills
4. Proficiency with translating complex analytic ideas into actionable insights for varied levels of audience.
5. Ability to develop relationship with stakeholders and understand the requirements through excellent listening and effective written and verbal communication
6. Self-driven, innovation, motivated, well-organized, willingness to work on an onsite/offshore model and ability to work in remote setting.
7. Exemplary personal and professional integrity
