Role : Sr. RPA Developer with Pega Robotics

Location : Remote to start, Post that St. Louis, MO or Charlotte,NC

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

  • Primary Skills: Must have Pega Robotics

Technical/Functional Skills:                                                                                       

  • Experience in designing & developing automation solutions using Pega robotics/UiPath

Experience required

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Must have 4 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools)
  • Must have 2+ year of hands on development experience in Pega RPA with Pega BPM and Robot Manager Integration
  • Must have 2+ year of developing Unattended & Attended automation solutions in Pega RPA
  • Must have good PL/SQL skills in RDBMS DB like Oracle or MYSQL.
  • Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration environment
  • Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams
  • Must have hands on experience in version control tools like SVN, Git etc
  • Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Set up the Pega Robotics development environment (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc)
  • Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle
  • Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translating them into robotic solution using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Support UAT and rollout phases.
  • Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the Tech Lead/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
  • Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing.
  • Support go-live roll out  
  • Support issue resolution that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Development of business logic within code-stages in languages within the .NET family
  • Input into solution integration design using Web Services / RESTFUL API access
  • Conducting component testing on the solution
  • Ability to triage issues in Prod efficiently to enable faster resolution of warranty defects
  • Collaborate with other team members effectively and maintain an amicable team culture
