Role : Lead Data Analyst with Healthcare Domain 

Location : Hartford - CT

Visa :  NO H1 Transfers

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

2.Requirement gathering – healthcare claim domain knowledge

3.Agile/ SAFe

 Lead BA skills Especially someone who is proactive and works closely with PO to get all Requirements captured and coordinates with other BAs for dependencies

• Experience with and/or passion for the healthcare industry would complement the position but not a need

• Generate intelligence and Conduct quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills •

 Collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences to ensure strong data quality, stakeholder management, and customer rapport

• Excel, SQL skills preferable, Proficiency and applied experience with analytical languages (e.g., SQL, SAS) and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, and Microsoft Suite
