Role : Sales Force Senior Developers/ Tech Lead
Location : Multiple Locations - Los Angeles, CA / Hartford, CT / Chicago, IL / Louisville, KY
Visa : NO OPT / CPT And H1 Transfers
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
· Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into a technical design, and to collaborate with business analysts and users to define solutions.
· Knowledge of Salesforce.com configurations, Workflows, Assignment rules, custom objects and fields, security settings, Validations Rules, alerts, role/profile/permission sets, queues,
· views, page layouts, Visual Force (Page, Component and Controllers), Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Apex batch processing, Apex Web services and APIs, Test Coverage classes, SControls.
· Exposure to the SFDC data model, data architecture, and data management.
· Knowledge of common data management tools for SFDC.
· In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the salesforce.com platform coupled with a good understanding of common business processes.
· Ability to communicate effectively with team members, users, and senior
· management.
· Planning and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate ideas and plans verbally and in writing.
· Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API, governor limits, and test coverage) and how they influence design
