Job Roles / Responsibilities:
The role entails active participation/leadership in architecture consulting and development of enterprise solutions. If you are team player and adherent of efficient architecture and highly professional communication with clients in global environment – we are waiting for you!
Professional skills and qualification:
• 8+ years’ experience working in IT company/department;
• Define IT solution architecture strategy and its implementation roadmap within the area of own expertise
• Expertise in Software architecture and design, Application Development, Data Access, SDLC and Infrastructure
• Architecture-related requirements elicitation
• Architecture and design documentation preparation
• Presentation of architecture and design to business people
• Participate in solution PoCs implementation/prototype creation during project elaboration (including technology research and evaluation, if necessary), document prototyping results and justify the respective technical proposal
• Gather and analyze architecture-related functional and non-functional requirements, and architecture/design constraints of a project from its stakeholders, create and maintain the respective architecture-related documents
• Evaluate the technologies/platforms/frameworks to be used in the solution and conduct proof of concepts
• Review/propose an architecture and technical stack for the project (w/ options if needed) within the area of own expertise
• Assess existing solution implementation quality (architecture/design) and provide assessment results
• Define transformation of applications landscape or several connected IT-solutions
• Present ideas/solutions and work results to the relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
• Perform PM role in the respective project (if needed) and in the scope relevant for it:
o roadmap definition and estimation
o team setup and budget allocation
• Analyze, evaluate, and follow industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Conduct code reviews
• Enforce compliance to processes defined by company and clients
• Enforce Secure Development Lifecycle practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Proactive goal orientation and team player;
• Advanced reading/speaking/writing English;
Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyse and document project architecture requirements and constraints from stakeholders;
• Conduct software prototyping (POCs), including technology research and evaluation;
• Design, document and present architecture proposals/decisions to stakeholders and dev team;
• Assist BAs and PM in project roadmap definition and estimation;
• Analyze and improve technical and operational efficiency/quality of the project;
• Enforce project compliance to processes defined by company and clients
