Primary Skills "
· Gather and validate business requirements and user stories
· Drive workshops with business SMEs and user groups
· Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and drive clarity by collaborating with business groups
· Drive decisions on application functionality and collaborate with business SMEs
· Focus on Salesforce OOB and configurable functionality to address business requirements
· Create Functional Specification documents
· Collaborate with development and testing teams to build a quality product
· Review test cases and sign off on their completeness and correctness
Secondary Skills "
