Job Description:

 

Skills and Qualifications

 

1. 10+ years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry
2. 8+s years’ experience in Leasing industry (InfoLease preferred) and Financial background
3. Adhoc Analysis and/or SQL skills
4. Familiarity with Unix Operating System, Oracle database 
5. Programing background a plus
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Perform As-Is business process analysis and develop creative To-be processes
8. Able to play key role between business and IT
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills that ensure business requirements and challenges are addressed timely
10. Familiarity with standard SDLC process and change management
11. Familiarity with large programs and initiatives
